Job Summary
Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest by interacting, connecting, and ensuring their needs are met. Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, and plate ware. Partner with other team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment while contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting requiring quick thinking and a fun personality to connect with guests and colleagues. Must be available for weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. This role offers growth opportunities for runners transitioning to server positions within Chili's casual dining brand.
