Job Summary

Food Runner delivers meals from the kitchen to guest tables and assist service staff to maintain high-quality food presentation and timely service. Responsibilities include setting up and restocking the front line, reading and tracking orders, coordinating with broil and pantry stations, garnishing according to the Recipe Book, delivering hot and cold items promptly, assisting servers to optimize the guest dining experience, transporting take-out and delivery items to the bar or host stand, and complying with safety, sanitation, and closing duties. Must demonstrate a Guest-first mindset, strong work ethic, and effective communication; able to stand for long periods, lift up to 100 pounds occasionally, and work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays in a restaurant environment.
