Job Summary
Guest Service Support Expert responsible for supporting the food and beverage operation by setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas while replenishing supplies. Must read and visually verify menu information, work on their feet for extended periods, and perform lifting and moving tasks (up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance). Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to safety, company policies, and procedures to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
- Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
- License or Certification: None
