Job Summary
Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest by interacting, connecting, and ensuring their needs are met. Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, and plate ware. Partner with other Team Members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment while contributing to overall Guest satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with availability for weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. This role is part of Chili's casual dining team, known for its legacy of service, hospitality, and offering growth opportunities for Team Members.
