Job Summary
Ensure efficient order flow from waitstaff to kitchen by checking receipts, assembling orders, and verifying presentation and temperature before delivery. Alert management to quality issues or delays, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and maintain a clean, stocked Runner/Expo area by eliminating service obstacles and inspecting premises for sanitation standards. Deliver orders quickly to customers while preserving the restaurant's reputation and support tasks like organizing to-go orders and performing opening/closing maintenance. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
