Job Summary
Provide hospitable and customized service to each guest by interacting, connecting, and ensuring their needs are met. Keep tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, and plate ware. Partner with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules with growth opportunities within Chili's, a casual dining brand known for Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas.
