Job Summary
Food Runner/Expo at Troon Golf club in Schofield, WI. Responsibilities include ensuring serving staff have clean dishes, organizing setup with liners, plates, flatware, and napkins, matching plates to tickets and delivering food to tables, setting tables per Troon Golf standards, ensuring menu items are prepared to ticket specifications, coordinating with chefs to adjust items as needed, refilling water and clearing tables, maintaining clean workstations, stocking items, and assisting servers while adhering to safe work practices. Performs other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- One month related experience or training.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatness.
