Job Summary
Set outside lines with plates, flatware, and napkins while organizing window displays to match tickets. Clear dishes after each course, reset tables with fresh linens and silverware, and refill water glasses. Ensure all server materials are clean and stocked, correcting menu items with the chef before delivery if specifications are missed. Maintain clean workstations, vacuum dining rooms, and remove trash while adhering to safe work practices. Assist servers as needed and possess knowledge of diner seating positions. One-month experience required with regular attendance including weekends and holidays.
