Job Summary
Assist in the prompt and efficient delivery of food orders to guests' tables while collaborating closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless food service. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests, and maintain cleanliness and organization in food service areas. Help with food preparation and plating when necessary, and assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory. Follow all safety and sanitation protocols throughout your shift.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, but not required
