Job Summary
Support the Server to deliver food and drinks, greet Guests, take drink orders, refill condiments, pre-buss and turn tables, and maintain dining area cleanliness. Uphold safety and sanitation standards, perform opening/mid-day/closing duties, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to work days, nights, and weekends, with certifications for Food Handlers and Alcohol as required; strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Prior food and beverage experience a plus but not required
- Food Handlers Certification and Alcohol Certification, as required
- Communicates effectively
- Sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
