Job Summary
Food Runner for Hotel Republic San Diego (Autograph Collection) delivering food from kitchen to guests and acting as liaison between guests and kitchen staff. Communicates food orders to chefs, prioritizes considerations such as allergies, clears and cleans tables, and maintains area cleanliness. Requires ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and willingness to obtain required certifications (food handlers, alcohol compliance if applicable). Flexible schedule including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays. On-site role with local hotel benefits (discounts at Marriott-branded properties worldwide and Crescent-managed properties in North America).
