Job Summary
Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of dishes while verifying order accuracy and presentation. Clear and reset tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils, and refill water glasses to maintain a clean dining room. Maintain knowledge of menu items to answer guest inquiries and contribute to the overall positive dining experience at Rehoboth Beach Country Club. Work part-time, non-exempt shifts with varying hours based on business volumes, earning $18 per hour for restaurant duties or $28 per hour for banquets. Enjoy a free staff meal every shift and access to club privileges including golf, tennis, and the fitness center.
