Food Runner/Busser

Ensure all server materials are clean and ready for daily operation by setting outside lines with plates, flatware, and napkins. Organize window plates matching tickets to run food out, then clear dishes and reset tables with guests, including changing tablecloths and replacing silverware. Fill water glasses, correct menu items with the chef if they miss ticket specifications, and keep workstations stocked and clean. Perform other duties as required while incorporating safe work practices. Part-time schedule with potential full-time conversion available.
