Job Summary
Ensure take-out station is fully stocked before and after each shift, package orders, and deliver food from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately. Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff, answer guest questions about ingredients and menu items, and remove dirty dishes while maintaining proper food safety standards. Requires physical stamina for carrying heavy trays, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and availability for various shifts including weekends.
