Job Summary
Set up the kitchen line for food expo, read tickets, and manage hot and cold food while organizing completed dishes and running them to tables. Carry deep dish pizzas to tables and serve tableside. This role is part of Rich Labriola's expansion of the Doughboy Restaurant Group, which includes Labriola Chicago, Labriola Oak Brook, and Stan's Donuts. A Food Handler Certification is preferred upon hire but must be obtained within 30 days of starting.
Desired Qualifications
