Job Summary
Deliver food to guests quickly, efficiently, and accurately while warmly greeting and engaging with them. Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, and allergens to educate guests, and attentively scan the dining room for needs, empty server ware, and refills. Correct issues with a positive attitude, keep the station clean, and safely package leftovers and to-go items. Communicate food orders to back-of-house, prioritizing special requests like allergies. Assist the front-of-house team, including servers and bartenders, and comply with health and safety codes. Perform calmly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring a seamless service experience.
