Break down the station at shift's end, storing items in designated locations and maintaining high cleanliness standards. Attend daily menu classes to stay informed on current offerings, ingredients, and updates. Report gratuities in compliance with federal regulations and assist with hosting or dining room attendant duties as needed. Maintain a positive attitude to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction throughout the night.
