Job Summary
Lead and oversee quality and food safety programs across multiple locations, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. This role entails managing a team, conducting audits, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Quality Assurance and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory compliance, or food safety role
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, public health, biology, microbiology, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- HACCP Certification
- PCQI/FSMA Certification
- Food Defense Certification
- SQF Practitioner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Strategic thinker with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to travel as required and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
