Job Summary
Quality Assurance Technician in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment responsible for performing quality inspections on materials, packaging, and finished products; verify labels, lot codes, expiration dates, seals, and product counts; conduct line clearance and first-piece inspections; complete quality documentation accurately; identify and report quality or food safety concerns; ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, and company standards; maintain clean and organized production areas; collaborate with production and sanitation teams to maintain product quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience in food or supplement manufacturing
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 15 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
