Job Summary
Receive, pack, and deliver meals to Clubs while maintaining food inventory and documenting production records that comply with USDA Food Program meal patterns and safety regulations. Manage food receiving, storage, and labeling, ensuring all work areas remain well-stocked and sanitized according to local and state health department standards. Monitor refrigerator temperatures, perform janitorial duties including mopping spills and emptying trash, and check equipment for safety and sanitation requirements. Drive Club vehicle(s) and attend required training workshops. Maintain appropriate personal hygiene and wear proper clothing and hair restraints.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to understand and follow multi-step written and oral instructions
- Ability to communicate detailed information accurately and effectively to varied individuals and groups and verify comprehension
- Ability to strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills as they work with the rest of the staff

- Lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance
- Move freely around the building, stoop, bend, and reach. standing for long periods as well as stooping, squatting, lifting
- Background clearance from the Arkansas State Police and Central Registries for Child and Adult Abuse and Maltreatment
- Will be required to drive Club vehicle(s)
