Job Summary
Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments while maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items. Inspect store products for proper rotation, cleaning, and sanitation procedures, then complete necessary reports to ensure excellent product readiness. Assist guests in finding products and completing meal solutions by working across departments. Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols while presenting a professional manner that adheres to uniform standards. This role requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays, with specific availability from 3 am to 11 am and a shift differential between 12 am and 5 am.
