Job Summary
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety and maintain a clean, organized work area. Build desserts according to clear instructions while meeting production goals within required timeframes. Report any waste or line deviations immediately and protect food quality throughout your shift. Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP with provided training. Adhere to dress code, personal hygiene rules, and company policies while assisting with other tasks as needed. Work the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation, flexibility for overtime and weekends, and bilingual skills in English or Spanish are required.
