Job Summary
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean while building desserts according to clear instructions. Maintain a tidy and clean organized work area, protect food quality and safety throughout your shift, and report waste or any time you step off the line. Meet production goals within the required time, follow dress code and personal hygiene rules, and learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP. Assist with other tasks as needed while staying focused in a fast-paced, loud environment. Work the 1st shift from 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
