Job Summary
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety and maintain a clean, organized work area. Build desserts according to clear instructions while meeting production goals within required timeframes. Report any waste or line deviations immediately and adhere to strict safety rules, including learning systems like SQF and HACCP through provided training. Maintain personal hygiene and dress code standards throughout the 1st shift from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM. This role supports the mission of crafting artisanal, scratch-made desserts at scale across multiple brands owned by Bain Capital.
