Job Summary
Directs back-of-house food production flow and handoff to ensure high-quality items meet safety and hospitality standards. Leads and mentors kitchen staff, optimizes throughput and reduces waste, coordinates with front-of-house to ensure timely order handoff, and maintains strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Enables continuous improvement through staffing, training, and process enhancements to sustain quality and guest experience. Requires proven kitchen leadership in a high-volume setting and deep knowledge of food production flow, with strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage inventory, timing, and multi-station coordination.
