Job Summary
Direct department operations in the absence of the Food Production Lead, assisting with product corrections, inventory rotation, and training workers on coaching and performance indicators. Maintain sanitation standards above Food Service Director levels and comply with safety protocols for equipment use. Report job-related accidents within 24 hours and participate in TASN classes to achieve Level 1 certification. Support the Food Service Department with regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned by the Food Production Manager or Food Service Director.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language
- Physically able to perform the assigned duties
- Frequently required to lift up to at least 60 lbs
- Frequently required to bend

- Frequently required to reach above shoulder level
- Occasionally required to drive automatic equipment or vehicles
- Occasionally required to climb ladders
- Occasionally required to climb stairs

- Continuously required to walk
- Continuously required to stand
- One or more years of food production experience
- Professional culinary training
- Some supervision experience
