Job Summary
Operate production equipment to assemble snack cups, including stuffing cups, adjusting machine settings, and performing quality system checks. Assist in fulfilling customer orders through inspection, labeling, and rotating job assignments throughout the production process. Maintain a safe work environment by recognizing safety or quality problems, keeping work areas clean, and adhering to food quality standards. Work part-time shifts that may include weekends and holidays, with occasional lifting of 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience with food manufacturing
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to identify and analyze problems and plan solutions
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to provide a positive work environment
- Ability to prepare and produce snack cup products to standards
