Job Summary
Execute food safety and quality protocols including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SQF 2000 standards while rotating through all production positions every 30 minutes. Perform specific roles such as Box Maker, Boxer, and Racker by placing labels, folding boxes, checking date codes, and loading trays into racks. Operate equipment including dollies, racks, and coders while wearing required PPE like hard hats. Maintain a clean, safe work area and report non-compliance to supervisors. Complete mandatory safety training and required paperwork after each shift. Work Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with overtime on Fridays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous assembly line experience in a high-speed packaging environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills
- Teamwork-oriented mindset
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs continuously during a 10-12.5-hour shift
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays
- Ability to work in cool conditions (35 – 45 degrees) continuously
- Ability to stand continuously for 10-12.5 hours in a shift
- Ability to bend, turn, push, pull continuously
- Ability to reach overhead continuously
- Ability to keep up with manufacturing speeds continuously
