Job Summary
Responsible for performing numerous repetitive tasks, manual and/or machine-assisted, to produce turkey products and parts such as processing, cutting, and packaging products, while adhering to strict safety, quality, and sanitation standards, to support the daily production and company goals in their assigned department. The role requires following GMP and HACCP procedures, maintaining product safety, operating and/or monitoring equipment, and rotating through various functions within the processing department. Must be self-directed, able to work independently or in a group, and capable of standing for prolonged periods in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment; preferred experience in a food manufacturing setting and willingness to work extended hours, overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed. The position is Safety Sensitive per company policy.
Required Qualifications
- High school Diploma or related preferred
- Entry level does not require previous experience in a Production role
