Job Summary
Lead and execute trials in plant-based food processing, plan and set up experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to customers and internal teams. Own the test area ensuring a safe, organized environment; support R&D collaborations and product development; apply HACCP/GMP and food safety standards; develop technical reports and presentations; train and guide internal teams and customers on processing best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, or related field
