Food Processing Parts Sales

Conduct parts sales for refrigeration, mechanical, and food processing systems by talking with customers via email or phone. Put together accurate quotes for customers internally or externally, verify price sheets are current, and establish and maintain parts contracts. Establish accurate contacts for all customers and vendors while assisting customer service and billing teams to resolve issues promptly. Travel to the IIAR and/or RETA trade shows to actively promote sales. Manage multiple tasks including incoming calls, quoting, and internal personnel coordination while maintaining regular attendance and working extended hours and weekends as required.
