Job Summary
Measure, wash, trim, and prepare raw ingredients according to batch recipes while operating cook chill kettles, mixers, blenders, and portioning equipment. Monitor chiller and cooling cycles to ensure product safety and quality, following standardized recipes and production sheets with high accuracy. Package finished products using vacuum seal or portion control systems and conduct required temperature checks to maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards. This on-site Cook Chill role supports daily production goals with weekend availability required from 4:00am to 12:30pm.
