Job Summary
Design, review, and analyze process development experiments from benchtop through pilot plant to commercial scale, leading to transfer to production; participate in prototype development and evaluate new technologies with the AI team; troubleshoot and calibrate process equipment; partner with plant managers to design key projects and summarize results for leadership; define transformations to meet customer/consumer requirements and translate into clear process designs; develop cost estimates and capital requests for trials; collaborate to reformulate and move data-driven experimental designs forward; own process development for priority brands from concept to commercialization, while supporting short- and long-term company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Masters in Food Science/Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related
