Job Summary
Food Prep Team Member responsible for washing, cutting, chopping, boiling, packaging and stocking products; ensure quality before it reaches the sales floor; deliver outstanding guest service; follow procedures and regulations (FDA, health and sanitation, ADA, HAACP/HACCP, OSHA); sanitize equipment; report equipment issues; lift up to 50 lbs; work to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; proper handling of knives and cutting equipment; able to work independently and with others.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years or more experience in a deli and or bakery department
- Food Handler permit
