Job Summary
Food Prep Person responsible for preparing fresh fruits and vegetables per Golden Corral specifications, including cutting, slicing, and peeling. Maintains prep item inventory according to the Prep Production Guide and the Display Cooking Prep Production Guide, labels and rotates bulk produce and prepped items, ensures items are stored in approved containers, and adheres to the buffet production system for quality and shelf life. Notifies management of discrepancies such as spoilage or waste. Assists Buffet Attendant with maintaining a full, clean buffet and follows local health department laws. Performs administrative tasks and assists guests during meal periods. After applying, may complete an additional online questionnaire specific to the position.
