Food Prep Person

Prepare fresh fruits and vegetables according to Golden Corral product specifications and recipes. Maintain standard inventory levels by updating the Prep Production Guide and Display Cooking Prep Production Guide as directed. Ensure optimum yield through proper labeling, dating, and rotation of bulk produce while storing items in approved containers. Complete the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance. Notify the Manager of discrepancies such as food spoilage, invoice errors, or excessive waste. Assist the Buffet Attendant in maintaining a full, clean buffet. Clean and organize the prep area, equipment, and dry storage while following local health department laws. Perform administrative tasks and assist guests during meal periods.
