Job Summary
Serve customers their meals and drinks efficiently, communicate food orders to kitchen staff, and refill drinks. Wipe down tables, chairs, and surfaces, then remove tablecloths to reset tables. Clear dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables while adhering to all health and safety rules. This role acts as the liaison between the front of house and back of house at a busy restaurant. Availability to work evening and weekend shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a busser, barback, food runner, or similar position is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
