Food Prep/Cook

Prepare and cook food items, manage fast-paced customer service, operate POS (cash register, credit card processing, lottery as applicable), stock and clean work area, build displays, and practice suggestive selling. Demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, and reliability; assist in recruiting and training new employees; maintain safety and cleanliness; adapt to change; communicate effectively with customers and co-workers; and deliver accurate data and reports as needed. Your performance will be measured through regular appraisals with a focus on guest satisfaction, technical skills, and personal effectiveness in a retail/fuel-store environment.
