Food & Nutrition Specialist

Assist in food preparation, serve well-balanced meals, and maintain a clean dining hall following federal, state, and local standards. Set up and deliver meal trays, check diet trays before distribution, and ensure supplies are ready for the next meal. Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils, while removing trays from carts and distributing menus as needed. Perform dishwashing and all other duties as requested by the Food and Nutrition Services Manager. Requires an eighth-grade education, ability to pass background checks, and proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms.
