Job Summary
The Food & Nutrition Manager oversees the Food Service Department in a long-term care or assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with health standards, managing food services policies, and providing quality nutritional services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Five (5) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related medical facility
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check
- COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Dietary Manager with current good standing preferred or eligible to take Certified Dietary Manager examination per Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals
- Current food safety certification as acceptable per state recommendations
- Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, personnel management
