Job Summary
Lead technical projects across food manufacturing environments, focusing on hygiene, cleaning, and production optimization. Support Open Plant Cleaning (OPC) programs to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and food safety. Provide expertise in CIP systems, membrane filtration, and water treatment while conducting customer audits to identify process improvements. Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, sales teams, and strategic accounts, delivering training and driving innovation. Troubleshoot complex production and hygiene challenges to deliver value through sustainability initiatives and new technology implementation. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure customers benefit from the strongest technical capabilities available.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, Process Engineering or similar
- Experience within food manufacturing or the wider Food & Beverage sector
- Knowledge of industrial hygiene, sanitation or cleaning processes within manufacturing environments
- Exposure to CIP systems, membrane filtration and/or water treatment
- Fluent English
- Scandinavian language skills
- Based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Finland
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North Region (60-80%)
