Job Summary
Food Manager responsible for role modelling and coaching high standards and efficiency across the food hall, ensuring compliance with processes while delivering outstanding customer service. Leads and develops the team, drives performance against KPIs, handles disciplinary matters with fairness, schedules and payroll accuracy, and assumes overall store leadership in the absence of senior management to ensure customers receive the food they want and a first-choice experience.

- Proven success in delivering against a wide range of KPIs — from sales and stock availability to customer satisfaction and colleague engagement, you’ve made a measurable difference.
- Experience managing complex people matters, including performance, absence, and formal employee relations cases, with confidence and fairness.
