Job Summary
Role leading food hall operations, coaching a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring high standards and efficiency. Manage compliance with processes, drive customer service excellence, and ensure scheduling and pay accuracy. May assume overall store leadership in the absence of more senior management, directing colleagues to deliver for customers. Requires a track record of coaching others, leading teams in fast-paced environments, delivering KPI targets, and handling performance or employee-relations matters with fairness. Strong emphasis on customer experiences, high-volume operations, and cross-functional leadership in retail/food service settings.

- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment — inspired others, driven high performance, and created a culture where colleagues thrive
- Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting — overseeing daily operations and delivering for customers
- Proven success in delivering against KPIs across sales, stock availability, customer satisfaction, and colleague engagement
- Experience managing complex people matters including performance, absence, and formal employee relations cases, with confidence and fairness
