Job Summary
Food Manager to oversee the food hall operations, role-model and coach staff to high standards, ensure compliance with processes, and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsible for managing performance, scheduling and payroll accuracy, and providing direction and support to colleagues, with leadership in the absence of more senior management. Requires proven line management in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, a track record of delivering KPI targets, and experience handling employee relations matters.

- Experience managing complex people matters, including performance, absence, and formal employee relations cases, with confidence and fairness
