Job Summary
Operate various coffee production machines and packaging equipment efficiently while recognizing and correcting potential issues before production begins. Ensure proper customer-specific packaging needs are met, troubleshoot common printing or packaging problems, and maintain the integrity of finished products. Record accurate production logs, keep the work area clean and sanitary, and direct packers to maximize efficient production times. Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns to the Supervisor/Manager immediately. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- GED
- 1+ years Machine Operator experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work quickly and safely
- Ability to operate all equipment safely and within company compliance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Personal and professional integrity
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Previous machine operator training
- Previous knowledge manufacturing and or food production machines
- Must be available for Day Shift
- Must be available M-F
- Must be available 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Must be available 40 hours per week
- Must be available for Renton, WA location
- Must be available for in person work
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or college degree
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility
