Job Summary
Operate clients' packaging equipment efficiently while recognizing and correcting potential issues before production begins. Ensure proper customer-specific packaging needs are met and troubleshoot common packaging or printing problems to maintain product flow with minimal downtime. Record accurate production logs, maintain a clean and sanitary work area, and direct packers to maximize efficient production times. Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns to the Supervisor/Manager immediately. Perform all other related duties as assigned while working under strict deadlines in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- GED
- 1+ years Machine Operator experience
- Ability to work quickly and safely
- Lift a minimum of 45 lbs. regularly
- Ability to operate all equipment safely and within company compliance
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Personal and professional integrity
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Previous knowledge manufacturing and or food production machines
- Previous machine operator training and experience
- Must be available for Day Shift
- Must be available M-F
- Must be available 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
- Must work in Renton, WA
- Must be available for 40 hours per week
- Must be available for 8-hour shift
