Job Summary
Operate production line, perform maintenance and setup, ensure uninterrupted equipment operation, monitor product quality, control consumables usage, and maintain sanitary and technical conditions on the assigned section. Candidates should have technical education (secondary or higher), basic PC skills, and knowledge of HACCP/ISO/FSSC standards; experience is not required and students are considered. Knowledge of adjusting and coordinating mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components is valued; beneficial to have experience with automated lines. Required Qualifications
- Technical education (secondary or higher)
- Basic PC literacy
- Knowledge of quality standards and food safety requirements HACCP, ISO, FSSC
- Knowledge of adjustment, interaction and synchronization of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic components and equipment systems
