Food Intern

Food Intern role supporting the Food Purchasing Team with daily tasks across purchasing, logistics, quality and engineering as needed; assist in sourcing new food suppliers and conduct supply-market studies; collect and analyze data (e.g., product specifications); help maintain systems and monitor updates; support the Japan business team with documents, systems, translations, and meetings with suppliers. Working 3-4 days per week, based in Shanghai, in-person. Education has no set limit; strong communication, attention to detail, structured and analytical skills, quick learning, and proactive attitude are desired. Proficiency in written English and usable spoken English, plus basic Japanese for oral and written translation; good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and system experience preferred. Expected on-board within 2 weeks; internship duration over 6 months.
