Food Inspection Line Leads (Day Shift)

Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards align with customer satisfaction while serving as a backup to the Senior Line Lead. Review line instruction sheets, communicate run rules, and verify equipment cleanliness and specifications before initiating projects. Set up inspection tools, validate pallet labels and quantities, and complete all required documentation. Enforce FlexXray safety standards, assist with seed checks and temperature monitoring, and maintain work area housekeeping. Provide information to plant leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in line rotations and perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
