Job Summary
Food Ingredients Sales Specialist to drive growth across Metro NY, NJ, and CT. Responsibilities include growing sales and profitability by developing existing accounts and acquiring new ones across food service, restaurants, specialty stores, and convenience stores; creating sales strategies, presentations, execution plans, and promotional activities in collaboration with the Director of Sales; partnering with regional brokers to define sales goals and prioritize accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in food industry sales targeting food service, specialty, c-store, and independent accounts
- strong understanding of the sales process and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- self-motivated hunter with entrepreneurial mindset
- experience with brokers and distributors (bonus)
- proficiency with Excel and CRM software
- exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- driven to win in a competitive market
